Happy Halloween!

MWAAAHAAAHAAA! Now that was scary! Hope everyone will have a fun time trick-or-treating tonight. I know we will. :) Well, all of Amber and Bryson's bags were packed, they were ready to go and they left on a jet plane back to (ugh) Arkansas. We miss them already! Bryson wore Trey's halloween outfit from back in the day, and he looked so cute. We also got him a cute little Froggy costume last night. I'm sure we will have pictures of the little Frog and Scurvy Pirate up soon. We had tons o fun this weekend. We made our rounds to all of the fam so that we could show off Bryson! It went by so quickly! Why, oh, why can't the Weaver family just hurry up and move here? I have already offered to set them up a cardboard box (or a tent, that would probably be a little more comfortable) in my back yard. Bryson could sleep inside, though. We wouldn't want him getting sick! I'm not for sure why they are not jumping on that bandwagon. Hmmmm. Gotta get to work now, Later peeps.

Oh Happy Day!

Today is a very important day. Amber and Bryson are coming to see me! Woo Hoo! Though I am saddened that Nathan will not be joining them. Trey will be too, because he think's Nathan is coming. :( I'm sure he will enjoy his quality time with the fish, though. More to come on our fun filled weekend...

Today is Clyde's birthday. He's a million today! Don't forget to call and sing to him everyone. Clyde got an early birthday present last Saturday buy killing a 'big buck dear' -(his words, not mine). It was a MONSTER. Nice shootin', Clyde-O!!! I'm glad his lousy hunting days are behind him. This is why my text is green today! In honor of my camo-clad brother! CHEERS!

Let me tell you a little bit about Clyde Lee.....
He's a curious fellow, with an acute longing for the outdoors and all that it offers. His bestfriend is nature itself! Lucky Nature! He's a fisherman, a hunter-man, a builder-man, a skilled whittler. He also has bow-hunting skills, nun-chuck skills, computer hacking skills, etc. But most of all, he has impeccable oral hygiene (skills). One flash of that smile and all the animals of the woodlands swoon.
He is a devoted husband. He loves his Candance (cuz she CAN-DANCE). They have been married for thirteen years now (it was common-law a looooong time ago). And they are only 28. You do the math!!!
Although Mr. Clyde may sound awfully appealing - I mustn't neglect to point out the few 'character flaws' that he, unfortunately, does possess.....he is, litterally, slower than Christmas! (hmm, come to think of it that may not be a bad thing. When someone anticipates the arrival of Christmas they do it with joy and excitement. Likewise, we too wait for Clyde with great anxiety. I, henceforth, will dub this waiting period 'Clydemas')
carrying on..... he does this thing where he itches his nose, with the knuckle of his pointer finger, at such a rapid pace that it creates a 'clicking' noise that, if carried on long enough, can churn one's stomach.
Just one more flaw that comes to mind. (If a blog is considered 'legally binding' then I may be about to let some national secrets out that could incriminate me according to International Law.) Here goes.... Clyde has the power to release such powerful and odorously toxic gas, that he is under suspicion by the US Government for storing, in his person, Sadaam's Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction. Its just offensive. It promts one to tears and vommit and the effects can be perminate, if not fatal, if one doesn't bathe immediately after contact. The world should have pitty on this family! God have mercy!!!
That being said.....Clyde is a heck of a guy!!! Enough so that he's earned a blog in his honor!!!
So, again everyone, raise your glass (higher, Amy) to CLYDE....our brother, son, husband and friend!!! May 28 bring you more blessings than you can handle!!!

Prepare the way.

Ok. now here's a real kick in the groin. I have spent the last week trying to make sure that everything was moving smoothly toward my graduation of my master's program. Today I spoke with an individual from the State Board of Educator Certification who informed me that I was not going to be able to take the principal certification test upon graduation. It seems that I have to be enrolled in a Texas institution, or have to take the Arizona test then become certified in Texas... Doesn't that sound like fun? Either way it is entirely possible that I'll be spending a little more time in a real classroom after my official graduation on Dec 19th. I'll now be working over the next few days to find an education program in Texas that will admit me, consider all of my Master's classes their own and sign off for me to take the Texas certification test. I've got several thoughts on how to make it happen, but it's going to take some time and some very nice people to allow me to do it. Here's hopin'!

oh, and there is one other note that is sad as well. Chase is now bro-in-law #2 to defeat me in Fantasy Football. I need Drew Brees and McCardell to have an outstanding game tonight so that I can claim victory over him. Again, here's hopin'! I'll report later with the outcome.

By the way, today was "Nonnie's" Birthday! Happy Birthday Nonnie! She told Trey she wasn't 5...I dared him to guess again but he was too afraid! :) Now it's time to retire and watch one of the movies listed on Amber's favorite list. Guess which one? I'm Back!

First of all, I think Amber has some issues that she needs to deal with. She's had quite a few pity parties over the past few days because she doesn't know everything that is going on. Amber, it's not my fault that mom and dad like me better these days! If you'd hurry up and move here, maybe you could shake things up a bit. I'm not being mean, really, I'm just giving you a little motivation. ;) HeHeHe! I agree that Rob is trying to take over our blog. He has been very sneaky about things over the past few days. He's planning something big, I'm sure of it. We have to be on our toes, he cannot win! I've been crazy busy over the past few weeks, but things are starting to slow down. Whew! Now on to my most important topic...LOST! I love it! There has never been and I'm very doubtful there ever will be another show quite as good. Last night's ep was awesome. It is what a few of us had expected...a crazy scientific experiment. There are so many more questions though. What will happen if they do not push the EXECUTE button in time? Why are the other crash survivors so untrusting of Michael, Sawyer, and Jin? And did you see the preview for next week? Jin spoke some pretty good English! He's been holding back. I still can't figure out Locke. What does he think he's there for? Surely not just to push a button. Where is Walt? Is Sawyer going to bleed to death? Where is Desmond running off to? Someone needs to find the crazy French lady. She might have some answers. I want Boone to come back! The island is freaky, maybe it can raise him from the dead. You never know! I wish Lost was on every night. Now I'm sad I have to wait another week. Hmmm...
Last week was my birthday and it was pretty uneventful, except that I got the best present ever! Rob got me a pink mini Ipod! Just what I've always wanted. HeHe! Amber was right, Rob is a heck of a gift giver. ;) That's all for now...

Validation

I have wonderful news!!! I found a bible verse this morning, that actually encourages me in my quest to rid the world of stupidity...or at least muffle the ones who harbor it!!! The verse is I Peter 2:15 "For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men."(KJV) Isn't that beautiful validation!!?? I thought it was the best news I heard all day. Of course, it does suggest some work to be done on my part....."well doing"....hmm? Maybe I'm up for the challenge!? If it shuts up the foolishness, then I say it's well worth it!
So let this be an encouraging Blog today! I'm rallying the troops!!! Its a call to arms!! Our battlefield is...well...everywhere you go!!! Our enemy?.....Stinkin' Liberals!!! Jolly good fun!!

Well, hasn't this just turned into a blogging extravaganza. I'm not sure if I feel happy, or violated!? Rob, you must have gotten upset that we didn't blog everyday - so you took matters into your own hands!? Atta boy!
First of all, Lost is the greatest show EVER! Even though it does give me hellish nightmares, I can hardly wait from one Wednesday to the next. Is there any way to get an advanced copy of the episodes? Maybe if I was someone more important!? UH! How did Lucia (isn't that her name?) get in the hole??? I'm so perplexed!! At least now I know how to say "The Others" in Korean. But I can't spell it, sorry! Just picture me sitting at my computer, yelling at the top of my lungs, in Korean. Whoops! I spit! Sorry about that!
